Mobility is developing in many directions. Intelligent connectivity and digitization inside and outside the vehicle are set to become ever more important. They expand the possibilities for connected communication and increase the level of comfort. But above all, they make driving safer and more efficient. The IAA 2017 will present these developments in real time. It will be the most digital trade show in the history of the IAA.
Everything is fluid, everything is in motion. Nothing stands still. The new IAA key visual brings the digital transformation to life. Pulsing lines of light symbolize information and data streams. The transparent model of a car and the flowing lines underscore the constant evolution of all the components in vehicle mobility. The automotive sector has recognized and accepted the challenges of the future, and will continue playing its role as a major force driving developments forward. The new key visual is the symbol of a moving, digital future that can be experienced at the IAA in all its facets. And it is 100% digital. Wherever the medium allows, the motif will be visible as a moving picture, especially on all online channels and on social media.
During the exhibition tickets can also be purchased directly on the show grounds. One-day tickets for the IAA will be available from the online shop from 12 euros (from 14 euros at the cash desks); schoolchildren’s and concessionary day tickets will cost 7.50 euros. Concessions will be available upon presentation of appropriate ID (for students, apprentices, and anyone doing German federal voluntary service or a voluntary social/ecological year, and for recipients of German unemployment benefit type II). Admission is free for children under the age of six.
The 67th IAA Cars will be held in Frankfurt from September 14 to September 24, 2017. It will be preceded by two Press Days (September 12 and 13, 2017). Online accreditation for journalists will be possible from July 2017.
