temsaThe Automotive Engineering Department will deal with the studies predominantly directed towards mechatronic products that would implemented in the intelligent and electric vehicles of Temsa.

TEMSA Automotive Engineering Department of Cukurova University on 30 April 2016 was opened by holding a ceremony. Omer Celik, Member of Parliament; Fatma Guldement Sari, Turkish Minister of Environment and Urban Planning; Mustafa Buyuk, Governor of Adana province; Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kibar, Rector of Cukurova University, Ebru Ersan, Corporate Communication Manager of Temsa; Mert Ozkaynak, Product Manager and Murat Demirduzen, R & D Manager participated in the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony began with the speech of Omer Celik, MP of Adana province. Stating Cukurova University had taken place in the first 500 universities across the world, featuring in 10 successful universities in Turkey and also taking place in the first 5 universities regarding their scientific studies which have been approved by TUBITAK, the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey, the MP Omer Celik highlighted innovation and entrepreneurship that has been a condition for being successful and competitiveness in doing businesses. Regarding collaboration of Cukurova University and TEMSA, Omer Celik presented thanking plate to TEMSA administration. The TEMSA administration stated that they saw the collaboration as a noteworthy step for the future. Taking place at TEMSA Automotive Engineering Department, TEMSA R & D and Innovation and Entrepreneurship room will be a meeting place of students, academics and TEMSA employees. According to the statement, the studies predominantly directed towards mechatronic products to be carried out, and then the outputs will be implemented in the intelligent and electric vehicles of Temsa.
