Having launched the production of Bridgestone Potenza S001 Run-Flat tires have 3rd generation Runflat technology featuring to increase driving comfort. Previously imported by Brisa from Bridgestone plants Run Flat Tire (RFT), Brisa has launched the production of these tires at its plant in Izmit. Removing the anxieties might happen during travel, RFT tires are generated to continue operation up to 80 kilometers in 80 km/h speed even after a loss of some or all inflation pressure. So, the drivers can reach a service station to replace the flat tires, according to the statement.
Nano Pro-Tech and Cooling Fin technologies together
Beginning the production in 4 various sizes at the plant in Izmit, new generation Nano Pro-Tech reinforced rubber is used in RFT tires. Thanks to Cooling Fin technology developed by Bridgestone the same driving comfort with the normal tires is offered. With cooling fin technology the canals go to center of wheels the tire sides are ensured not to get high heat. In Potenza S001 Run Flat Tires which are gauged as the same with Potenza S001 as both wet and dry ground performance.
